Teamwork

At Georgetown Eye Associates, we realize and act on the importance of teamwork. We have three departments that work together in order to provide you with the best and highest quality eyecare possible. Take a moment to learn about our departments and meet our team leaders.


Sandy (standing left, back row) is the Business Department Team Leader. The Business Departments goal is to make your overall experience hassle free. Whether its scheduling appointments, maintaining your records, or assisting you with finances and insurance, our service is professional with a personal touch.


Sheryl (standing, left) is the Clinical Department Team Leader. The Clinical Department works with Dr. Huizenga to monitor the health of your eyes. Each clinician is highly experienced to conduct tests for the health of your eyes such as Visual Fields, testing for glaucoma, taking retinal pictures, and monitoring our patients with diabetes or cataracts. This department also assists contact lens patients, instructing them with complete information and practice in the care and handling of their new lenses.


Jan (middle left) is the Optical Department Team Leader. The Optical Department consists of four ladies who are committed to attending to all your optical needs. Whether it is choosing new frames, adjustments, or frame repairs, our experience and service will exceed your expectations.
